A sweet spiced relish with cumin, coriander and cardamom. Excellent with cheese + charcuterie, griddled meat + fish, toasted cheese, and sandwiches.

Ingredients: carrot (25%), granulated sugar, tomato (citric acid), white wine vinegar (wine vinegar, preservative E-220) (SULPHITES), onion, salt, coriander, cumin, dried chillies, cardamom.
