Made for us by Dill, a candle maker from the midlands, especially for the opening of our jam production kitchen. 

'A crisp, zingy stewed rhubarb is soothed by the sweetness of apple, pear and caramelised sugar along side lush garden mint leaves and a hint of lemon'.
