zero waste lemon + vanilla preserve

its back! made from leftover lemon peels (the juice is used in our jams) this preserve is somewhere between a marmalade (loaded with citrus peel) but the soft texture of a jam. 

its delicious on toast, croissants, brioche, with cheese + crackers too! 

ingredients: lemon peel, sugar, water, vanilla bean essence (organic bourbon vanilla extract - water, organic alcohol, organic bourbon vanilla pods)
